It started with a gift that needed to be used.

In her first post, “Here We Go…,” Courtney shared the idea that our gifts are meant to be nurtured and offered. She recognized that her own gift was making people think, and she created The B Werd to spark reflection, experience, and change.

The original vision centered driven, outspoken women and celebrated every kind of B word they could embody, including beautiful, benevolent, brave, and bold. That early invitation to talk has grown into a seven-figure personal brand, a career in leadership and content, and a community helping women build what comes next.
