Camo Cargo | Style Guide

Happy Thursday! I hope you all had a good and productive week. I spent almost all of my weekend indoors, but you’ll be glad to know I finally filmed an introduction video to my YouTube channel. Now, to figure out how to edit it LOL. I had a short week and took off to Cuba this morning to kick off my birthday celebration but should have enough content lined up to keep things flowing smoothly on The B Werd. Granted I can find wifi to publish it. I’ll be posting as often as I can so keep up with me on my Instastories and if you have any Cuba travel tips or must-do suggestions, please share them with me!

I realize I live in probably one of the warmest parts of America but a camo cargo jacket is one thing I will wear year round. It’s light weight enough to be worn in the summer with shorts and Chuck Taylor’s but can be layered over chunky sweaters when it gets cooler. I wore it to grab coffee with my friend Angela on a gloomy day. I particularly love the the fun patches on this one from Forever21. I purchased it in store so unfortunately, there’s no link for it but I’m wishing I would’ve found this Tupac “All Eyez On Me” version prior to purchasing this one. It’s definitely my style and now that it’s 30% off, I may buy it anyway.

In case you were wondering, yes.. These are the same pair of jeans from this post. I’ve been wearing these jeans out since I purchased them from Nordstrom. Of course I looked around after the fact and was able to them for $80 at Nordstrom Rack. These lace-up heels get so many inquiries and when I first bought them I loved them so much I bought two pair. I’m glad I did because I still love them the same. They have a similar pair in stock for $35.
