I haven’t been posting too heavily on social media, but when I am on my Instastories it’s typically me in the gym or cooking at home. My schedule has been insane with me running around for events, cake tastings and all the celebrations that cause for me having a drink, or three. I’m hitting the reset button to get really serious with my fitness before the holidays roll around and set me back even further. I wanted to do a round-up of typical meals I create for the work-week, as well as what I pick up from the grocery store on a regular run in order to mix and match meals so you all can have a better idea of what I’m eating to stay fit.
